This 1970s re-release French one-panel "Grande" movie poster (measuring 45 3/4" x 61 1/2" [116 x 156 cm]) is for the 1968 spaghetti western, Ace High, directed by Giuseppe Colizzi and starring Eli Wallach, Terence Hill, and Bud Spencer. It exhibits edge and fold wear, as well as some discolouration along folds.  Writing has printed faintly on opposite side of the poster when folded.
